Kforce has a client that is seeking a L&D Learning Solutions Manager in Reston, VA.
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Learning Solutions Consultant to partner with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to design, develop, and deliver effective learning solutions that align with business objectives. This role will manage learning projects across live, virtual, blended, and digital formats while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, high-quality delivery, and an exceptional learner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Learning Consultants, business stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and define learning solutions
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, resources, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate the design and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning programs
- Collaborate with SMEs, facilitators, instructional designers, and operations teams to ensure successful program execution
- Manage learner communications, registration, scheduling, and support activities
- Lead project meetings, rehearsals, status updates, and stakeholder reviews
- Monitor program KPIs, learner feedback, project budgets, and performance metrics
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Research client needs, business priorities, and industry trends to support learning solution design
- Ensure training programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Learning & Development, Training, Learning Operations, or Project Management experience
- Experience managing multiple learning projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong client-facing communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills
- Experience supporting learning initiatives across live, virtual, blended, and digital formats
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive
- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Must be located in or comfortable working Eastern or Central time zone hours
- Prior Big 4 experience
- Leadership or people management experience
- Experience supporting enterprise learning programs or large-scale training initiatives
- Familiarity with learning technologies, LMS platforms, or digital learning tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
