Job Location: East Valley / Phoenix (Arizona)

Schedule: Part Time & Full Time Positions Open

Our group is currently searching for LCSW with experience in an in office outpatient setting for general counseling services for depression, anxiety, chronic pain/substance abuse history.

Job Duties

• Providing thorough behavioral health care to patients with a wide variety of health conditions
• Working with a team to develop a treatment plan with a multi-disciplinary team
• Provide strong listening and communication skills to individuals and their family members
• Documentation in EHR system

Licensure / Experience

• Arizona Board of Behavioral Health License (LMSW, LAC/LPC,LCSW)
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• 1 Year Minimum Experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Work Location: One location
