About the Role:Serenity Psychotherapy LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated licensed mental health professional to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients while working within a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy services to a diverse client population
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with client needs and goals
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and ethical standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate client care
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:- Active California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent required
- Independent licensure in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Experience providing direct clinical therapy services to individuals, couples, or families
- Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or similar approaches
- Strong clinical documentation and case management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathetic listening abilities
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines
