Layout Field Engineer - RELOCATION WELCOME

5+ years of experience in field engineering, surveying, and layout for large-scale Commercial, Self-Perform General Contractor, or Concrete Contractor projects. Strong understanding of Coordinate Geometry, Geometric Theory, and Geometric Functions for establishing survey/data/layout points.

• Set up and maintain permanent control throughout the line and grade portion of the project.
• Apply expertise in using Total Station, Robotic Total Station, and/or Theodolite equipment.
• Ensure precision and quality in your work, constantly seeking improvements and monitoring quality levels.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies in drawings prior to execution.
• Complete layouts accurately, efficiently, and within the project time line.
• Provide layout information to the project team for seamless execution.
