Job Description for Lawn Technician
Qualified candidates must be self organized; have good communication and computer skills; excellent observation and documentation skills; and be able to work cooperatively with customers at all levels, including top management.
Your work will include:
Visually inspecting and treating for pest, pest harborage, pest entries; & properly documents findings, treatment, & recommendations
Building and maintaining good customer relations
Taking personal initiative and responsibility for correcting pest problems
Participation in group meetings and account reviews
Completion of independent and group ongoing training and willingness to work flexible hours
Being an interactive member in a team work environment
Actively engage with existing and prospective clients in order to grow the route(sales)
Visually inspecting and delivering quotes for numerous services including termite, pest control, fire ant control, mosquito control, bed bug, wildlife trapping, yard mole elimination, snake control, lawn care, tree and shrub care, and aeration.
Taking personal initiative and responsibility for correcting any sales-related problems
Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of running leads, closing sales, setting payment terms, getting contracts signed, and working with the office to get the new sales scheduled.
Treating new sales on the spot.

Requirements
We require technicians to:
- Must be 21 years of age or older(insurance)
- Possess & maintain a valid driving record that meets company standards
- Show a stable work history
- Work independently and in teams
- Be comfortable working with insects and various small animals in a variety of environmental conditions and confined spaces.
- Satisfactorily complete initial technical training, State Licensing requirements
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle, and criminal background check
