About the Role:Join A C LAWN CARE AND MORE LLC as a Lawn Tech and help us create beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients in Fairview Heights, IL and surrounding areas. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to excellence in lawn care and landscaping.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides safely and effectively.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in landscape design and installation projects.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients on-site.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Document job progress and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous landscaping or lawn care experience.
