Our technicians service established daily routes throughout The Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia, Conroe, Huntsville, and Bryan/College Station areas.

You will receive hands-on training to provide exceptional and timely lawn and landscape applications to our customers throughout the year. You will learn about the products we use, the services we provide, and the proper application methods needed to care for healthy lawns and landscapes.
Training will also focus on professional customer communication, evaluating lawn and landscape conditions, identifying potential problems, and providing effective solutions. Our goal is to give you the knowledge and skills needed to confidently care for our customers’ properties while maintaining the high level of service A-Perm-O-Green Lawn is known for.
This position requires the ability to manage a daily route efficiently, meet established production goals, and maintain quality and attention to detail throughout the workday. Applicants must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently while representing our company professionally.
A valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for this position.
Successful candidates should possess:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous related experience or training in lawn care, horticulture, agronomy, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred. Applicants with college coursework or a degree in a related field are also encouraged to apply.
A-Perm-O-Green Lawn provides company-paid training to prepare team members for the licensing requirements associated with this position.
Following completion of the initial training program, team members are required to pass the appropriate examinations and fulfill all regulatory requirements established by the Texas Department of Agriculture – Structural Pest Control Service (TDA/SPCS) to obtain the licensing and/or certification required for their position in the Lawn & Ornamental and Weed Control categories.
Continued employment in this position requires maintaining all licenses, certifications, and training required by the company and applicable regulations.
This is an active, physically demanding outdoor position. Team members must have the strength, stamina, and manual dexterity necessary to perform the essential duties of the job throughout the workday safely.

Our technicians work outdoors year-round in the Texas climate, including periods of extreme heat, humidity, cold, rain, and other changing weather. Subject to exposure to animals and insects. Moderate to loud noise level with while equipment is in use.
For safety and protection while performing field applications, all field production team members are required to wear the complete company uniform and designated personal protective equipment, including long-sleeved shirts, long pants, hats, gloves, and rubber boots, as required for the work being performed.
The ability to safely and consistently meet the physically demanding and outdoor working requirements is essential to success in this position.
Team members receive competitive hourly compensation, with starting pay ranging from $17–$19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
In addition to competitive wages, we offer paid holidays in accordance with company policy. After completing one year of employment, team members become eligible for one week of paid vacation.
