Maintain marina grounds, including mowing, trimming, weed control, landscaping, and cleanup.
Conduct inspections and identify maintenance needs, hazards, and repair opportunities.
Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and minor electrical repairs.
Operate and maintain maintenance equipment, power tools, lawn equipment, and utility vehicles.
Assist with dock installation, repairs, and seasonal marina preparations.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain compliance with marina regulations.
Support marina operations and assist with special projects as needed.
