We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our growing landscaping team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and have experience in lawn maintenance, we#39;d love to hear from you.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Start time: 7:00 AM
- Full-time position
Responsibilities:
- Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing properties
- General landscape maintenance and cleanup
- Operating lawn maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensuring properties are maintained to company quality standards
- Working as part of a team to complete daily routes
Requirements:
- Previous lawn maintenance or landscaping experience required
- Valid driver#39;s license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Compensation amp; Benefits:
- Starting pay: $16.00-18.00 per hour, based on experience
- Weekly pay
- Opportunities for advancement within the company
- Monday through Friday schedule with weekends off
- Paid holidays AFTER 90 days
- Paid vacation amp; sick time AFTER 1 year
