Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and experience operating mowers, blowers, edgers, hedge trimmers. As the Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of lawn maintenance workers, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.  You will use Jobber software to manage the day-to day schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of lawn maintenance workers
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed on time
• Operate mowers, blowers, edgers, and hedge trimmers
• Maintain equipment and report any issues
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed
• Communicate effectively with team members and management

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Experience operating mowers, blowers, edgers, and hedge trimmers
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Bi-lingual a plus but not required
• Knowledge of Jobber software program a plus but will train
