Lawn Doctor is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being outdoors. We are seeking
Lawn Care Technicians who are dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services.
No lawn care experience is required! We provide paid training and the education you need to become successful in this position.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Lawn Care Technician, you will:
- Fertilize and aerate lawns
- Apply regulated pest control products to lawns, landscape beds, trees, and shrubs
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment
- Maintain the appearance and condition of assigned equipment and vehicles
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers and the public
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and accountability
- Educate customers about lawn care services and offer additional services when appropriate
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Good attendance and dependable work habits
- Clean driving record
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is
reliable, motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn. Previous lawn care experience is helpful but
not required.
