Schedule
- Monday through Friday full-time
- Occasional mandatory Saturday work during peak season

About the Role
This is professional lawn treatment service, NOT mowing or landscaping.
Technicians run structured routes, service residential and commercial properties, communicate with customers, and represent the company professionally. This is an independent, outdoor role requiring reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic.
What This Job Requires
- Working outdoors in heat, humidity, and changing weather
- Managing a full daily route independently
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Professional customer interaction
- Meeting clear production and quality standards

Key Responsibilities
- Apply lawn treatments using ride-on and spray equipment
- Complete routes efficiently and professionally
- Communicate with customers and answer basic questions
- Recommend services when appropriate (commission available)
- Maintain equipment and vehicle standards
- Meet daily production and quality expectations
Requirements
- Age 21+ (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong attendance and work ethic
- Professional, respectful demeanor
Must pass background check and drug screening.
