Lawn Care Maintenance

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking and experienced Lawn Care Maintenance Professional to join our team. You must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Check for this position.

This position is outside so be prepared to work all day on your feet and in the heat.

You could be working Monday-Saturday (5 - 6 days a week) depending on the weather. Start time will be at 7:00 am and you will get a 30 min lunch break.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Zero Turn Lawnmower, Weed Eater and other Lawn Care Equipment
• Small Palm Tree Trimming
• Pulling Weeds & Edging
• Working with Pool Chemicals
• Minor Grounds Maintenance
• Picking up Supplies
• Cleaning grounds/picking up trash
• Light electrical work (Changing outlets or ceiling fans)

Skills

• Must be Experienced in Lawn Care
• Must have a Valid Driver License
• Irrigation Experience is a Plus
• Pool Chemical Experience is a Plus
• Must be able to work in any weather conditions especially the heat
• Must be able to handle a lot of walking, standing, bending
• MUST have experience with zero turn lawnmower and weed eaters
• Previous experience edging lawns and with other lawn equipment
• Lifting up to 50lbs
