| Location | Brooklyn, NY |
| Salary | $75,000–$90,000 Per Year |
A leading New York personal injury and workers' compensation firm is hiring its first in-house marketing manager. The office is at the bottom of Manhattan, one stop from Brooklyn Heights and a short ride on any line into the Financial District. Three days a week in the office, two from home.
The firm already spends real money on marketing: television, digital, paid social, organic social and community events, with an outside agency buying the media and a fractional CMO setting strategy with the founding partner. You are the one who turns that plan into finished work.
What you will do: sit in the weekly strategy and vendor meetings and own the executional pieces that come out of them. Run the firm's side of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads and the other paid platforms — users, access, verifications, campaign setup with the agency. Onboard vendors and keep the paperwork moving: credit applications, W-9s, purchase authorizations, creative deadlines. Plan and staff community events. Watch reviews and social channels and answer them. Keep the marketing calendar, reporting and KPIs current for leadership. Light graphics when needed.
Who fits: three to five years of marketing experience, in-house preferred — a law firm, a medical practice or another consumer-facing professional service — or an agency background managing law-firm accounts. You have been the admin in Meta Business Manager and Google Ads, not just the person in the meeting. You have worked with an outside agency or media buyer. You run projects without being chased. Short-form video shooting and editing is a plus. Based in the New York metro.
$75,000 to $90,000 base depending on experience, plus benefits.
