The Ideal Candidate

Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High-energy, approachable, and confident leadership style
Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism, empathy, and firmness
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality
Experience supporting marketing, business development, recruiting, or employee engagement initiatives is highly desirable
Prior law firm experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong professional services experience
