Law Enforcement Response Analyst

Work cross-functionally with various teams across Square, including Compliance, Legal, Trust and Safety and Infosec. Ensure that all valid requests are scrutinized and handled in strict accordance with applicable law, our terms of service, and guidelines for protecting our sellers’ privacy.

We are currently seeking a "Law Enforcement Response Analyst" for a Contract role with one of our clients. Please apply if you are interested and available for it.

Title: Law Enforcement Response Analyst
Duration: 04+ Months Contract
Pay Range: $28 - $30/Hour on W2
Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities:

• Accurately review, index, and process various types of legal requests from domestic and international law enforcement, and civil subpoenas.
• Ensure that all valid requests are scrutinized and handled in strict accordance with applicable law, our terms of service, and guidelines for protecting our sellers’ privacy.
• Engage with law enforcement and coordinate response efforts both in writing and over the phone.
• Innovate, document and implement policies and procedures that scale with the business.
• Be a key support to your attorney and investigator teammates.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams across Square, including Compliance, Legal, Trust and Safety and Infosec.
• Maintain quality standards while handling large volumes of time-sensitive requests.
• Law Enforcement Response Analyst experience.
