Laundry Specialist (Evening Shift)

Location: Trillium Place 

Current Opening:

• Full-time (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

• Includes rotating weekends and holidays 

The Laundry Specialist performs specific tasks necessary to provide clean linens and personal clothing for all residents at TANDEM LIVING. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING  Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid PA driver’s license with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience required. (1st shift positions only)

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or retirement facility preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Collects and washes all soiled linens and personal clothing. 

• Loads/empties dryers, setting appropriate temperatures and timers. Cleans dryer lint screens.

• Folds clean linens and refills linen carts. Delivers clean linen carts to designated areas. 

• Folds and delivers resident's personal clothing back to residents' rooms. 

• Transports linens (1st shift only) using TANDEM LIVING company vehicle.

• Works with minimal supervision, demonstrating good time management skills.
