- Base Salary: $35,000 – $40,000 / year

Role Overview
This is a newly created management position, established to provide greater strategic oversight and elevate standards within a small, well-established laundry operation. Leads the laundry operation at a high-end, boutique all-suite luxury resort, reporting to the Executive Housekeeper. Oversees a tenured, fully local team of 12 responsible for linens and uniforms, at a property known for exceptional guest experience and a notably high staff retention rate. The resort is currently closed for a seasonal renovation and will reopen in October, with continued investment and multi-phase upgrades planned over the coming years.
Key Deliverables
- Laundry operations — manage day-to-day processing of linens and uniforms to luxury service standards
- Team leadership — lead, motivate, and upskill a long-tenured local team; step in as a hands-on developer of talent
- Quality standards — maintain consistency and quality befitting a high-ADR luxury property
- Cross-departmental coordination — work closely with the Executive Housekeeper and broader Rooms division
Required Qualifications
- Must be a national of a CARICOM member state (e.g., Antigua & Barbuda, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent, Dominica, St. Kitts & Nevis, and other CARICOM islands) or otherwise hold unrestricted right to work in the destination country - no exceptions
- Prior experience as a Laundry Manager, or a strong Assistant Laundry Manager ready to step up
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a small, tenured team
- Comfortable operating in a small-scale but high-standards luxury laundry operation
