About the Role: Early Bird Avenel Inc is looking for a driven and experienced Manager to join our team in Woodbridge Township, NJ! Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met
- Supervise and actively participate in washing, drying, folding, packaging, and processing customer laundry orders.
- Ensure all WDF orders meet company standards for cleanliness, folding, packaging, accuracy, and timely completion.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet business demands
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with upper management and report on operational progress
- Resolve customer and employee concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements: - Proven experience in a management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic business operations, reporting, and team management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a positive, team-first attitude
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both languages, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate instructions clearly to employees in both languages.
