You Will:

Complete PLACE New Agent Launch and follow a structured onboarding process focused on the activities that lead to closings. - Learn Alongside Top Agents
Work directly with experienced agents while learning proven showing, client conversion, and service strategies in real time. - Guide Clients with Confidence
Learn how to communicate professionally, refine home searches, and create a client experience that builds trust and referrals. - Write Strong Offers & Negotiate Effectively
Develop the skills needed to write competitive offers, negotiate strategically, and protect your clients throughout the transaction. - Generate Consistent Leads
Commit to 10+ hours of weekly lead generation using proven systems that keep your pipeline active and your business growing. - Train Weekly to Improve Your Skills
Participate in script practice, team trainings, and role play sessions that build confidence and increase conversion. - Receive Coaching That Drives Results
