Client located in Schiller Park is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Machine Operator to join their precision manufacturing team on 2nd shift.

5:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $18.00 – $21.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes to meet production requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints and job instructions
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges) for quality checks
- Make machine adjustments and tool changes as needed
- Document inspections, tool changes, and production output
- Address minor issues and escalate more complex ones
- Perform routine maintenance and maintain a clean work area
- Follow all safety policies and 5S workplace organization principles
- Collaborate with team members and support other tasks as assigned
