LHH is assisting a leading Am Law firm in its search for a Recruiting Coordinator, Lateral Programs to support attorney recruiting initiatives in its Orange County office. This position sits within the firm's Attorney Recruiting team and plays a critical role in driving lateral attorney hiring efforts across multiple practice groups and office locations.

Role Overview
The Recruiting Coordinator will support all aspects of the firm's lateral attorney recruitment process while working closely with recruiting leadership, firm partners, legal search firms, and candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating lateral attorney recruitment activities from initial candidate review through offer stage
Screening resumes and managing candidate pipelines
Partnering with attorney leadership to assess hiring needs and recruiting priorities
Serving as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
Scheduling interviews and managing day-of interview logistics
Coordinating communications with legal search firms and external recruiting partners
Tracking candidate progress and maintaining recruiting databases and reporting
Supporting offer administration, including preparation of offer materials
Assisting with conflicts checks, background screening, and onboarding processes
Conducting legal talent market research and presenting findings to firm leadership
Supporting the Director of Attorney Recruiting and Senior Manager of Lateral Recruiting on strategic recruiting initiatives and special projects

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $78,000 - $86,000 + Bonuses
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall skill set.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a law firm, legal services, or professional services environment
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with legal recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, or generative AI tools is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional judgment with the ability to handle highly confidential information
Collaborative, team-oriented approach
Flexibility to support recruiting events and business needs outside of standard business hours when necessary
