Late Night - Restaurant Crew Member

We are hiring immediately.

Gellert Hospitality Group is a proud Five Guys franchisee seeking exceptional talent to join our team to work late night from 10pm-. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service then we want to hear from you. Youll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other Team Members in a creative, supportive, fun, fast-paced environment rich with teamwork and positivity.

Previous food handling experience is not required.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements:

Compensation:

For new hires, our starting rate includes:

• Base rate: $13.00 an hour
• Tips: $2.00 an hour average
• Late Night Bonus: $1.50 an hour average (applicable during late night hours only)
• Total: up to $16.50 an hour

Initially, new hires should expect to receive 30 hours a week. After training, Team Members will get up to 40 hours a week. The schedule breakdown is:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Weekends

Job Responsibilities:

We will also provide you with all the necessary training, which may include the following responsibilities:

• Taking orders
• Preparing and cooking food
• Cleaning tasks
• Following brand standards
• And practicing food safety procedures.
