- Safely operate a vehicle to deliver orders to customers homes and businesses during late night hours
- Navigate efficiently using smartphone applications and route planning tools
- Provide professional and friendly customer service during all interactions
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and transparently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies consistently
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate deliveries
- Assist with basic store closing duties and inventory management as needed
- Resolve delivery issues and customer concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Reliable personal transportation to and from work
- Ability to work flexible late night shifts and weekends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction handling
- Proficiency with smartphone applications for navigation and order management
- Physical capability to lift and carry orders up to 25 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Commitment to safety protocols and defensive driving practices
- Previous experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation (preferred)
- Familiarity with the Champaign area and knowledge of efficient routes (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
