About the Role
The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering fresh floral products to customers throughout Southern New Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware. This role plays a critical part in supporting customer satisfaction, maintaining product quality during transport, and ensuring timely deliveries that help our customers succeed.
What You'll Do
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role operates in warehouse, cooler, and delivery environments, including refrigerated areas maintained at approximately 34°F. Team members regularly work with pallet jacks, RF scanners, box cutters, and refrigerated delivery vehicles.
This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb in and out of delivery trucks, and lift or move up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. The role also requires extended driving and frequent loading and unloading activities throughout the workday.

What Youll Bring
2+ years of professional commercial driving experience operating 16ft box trucks or larger
Valid drivers license with the ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification (CDL not required)
Acceptable driving record
Must be at least 21 years of age
Experience working in warehouse, distribution, or delivery environments
Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 pounds
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfort using maps, GPS systems, and route planning tools
Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
Self-motivated mindset with dependable attendance and teamwork skills
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
