What You’ll Do:
- Apply lash extensions, lash lifts, tinting, and brow services
- Deliver exceptional guest consultations and customized looks
- Build lasting guest relationships (and your book of business)
- Promote memberships, products, and exclusive offers
- Take pride in maintaining a gorgeous, clean salon environment
- Commit to continued learning and growing your craft
What You’ll Bring:
- Current Indiana Esthetician or Cosmetology license

Pay & Perks:
Stylists earn $45,000 - $85,000+ annually
(Commission-based + tips + bonuses)

Schedule:
Full-time shifts within salon hours:
- Mon-Thurs: 8am-9pm
- Fri-Sat: 8am-6pm
- Sun: 10am-6pm
Work Location:
In person; must be able to reliably commute to salon to work

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
