In this role, you will be the ultimate game guide—commanding the briefing room, gearing up players, and ensuring a thrilling, high-energy, and completely safe playing environment. From coaching first-timers to refereeing intense team matches, you will help create unforgettable memories for birthday parties, corporate events, and families.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests with excitement
- Gather groups and effectively communicate safety rules and game play
- Assist guests with properly fitting gear
- Referee active games, enforce rules, ensure fair play
- Inspect, test, clean equipment
- Process various payment types with point-of-sale systems
- Stock and maintain inventory
- Ensure the safety of all guests and team members
- Inspect all areas and ensure they meet daily presentation and safety standards
- Ensure expedient and quality customer service
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 16 years old
- Weekend availability required
- Cash-handling experience required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Retail point-of-sale inventory systems preferred
- Able to work with a team and be proactive when working alone
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
