This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience operating laser cutting equipment while producing high-quality metal components.
PAY & SCHEDULE
1st Shift $17.50/hour
Monday Thursday, 6: 00 AM 4: 45 PM
Overtime on Fridays when required

2nd Shift $21.50/hour
Monday Thursday, 4: 45 PM 3: 30 AM
Overtime on Fridays when required

Second-shift employees may train on first shift for approximately 2 4 weeks, depending on how quickly they learn the position.

WHAT YOU LL DO

• 
  Set up and operate laser cutting equipment
  
• 
  Cut sheet metal and other materials according to specifications
  
• 
  Read blueprints, technical drawings and work orders
  
• 
  Load and unload materials and finished parts
  
• 
  Adjust machine settings for proper cutting performance
  
• 
  Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
  
• 
  Use a variety of hand and air tools
  
• 
  Assist with other production duties as needed
  
• 
  Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  

WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR

• 
  Strong attention to detail
  
• 
  Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  
• 
  Ability to stand and walk throughout a 10-hour shift
  
• 
  Ability to push, pull, bend, kneel, twist and reach
  
• 
  Ability to lift 25 50 lbs. Regularly and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
  
• 
  Steel-toed boots are required
