Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday 5:30 AM-3:00 PM, Friday 6:00 AM-10:00 AM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Laser Operators for a manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality sheet metal components while supporting efficient production operations in a safety-focused environment. What You'll Do as a Laser Operator:- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment to produce sheet metal parts
- Load and unload metal materials safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts to verify quality and dimensional specifications
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings
- Maintain accurate production records and support workflow productivity
- Perform basic machine maintenance, daily equipment checks, and housekeeping duties
What You Need to Bring to the Laser Operator Role:- Previous CNC laser operation or metal fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to use measuring tools and perform quality inspections
- Ability to follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift
