What You'll Do as a Laser Operator:- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment
- Load and unload sheet metal material safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
- Verify parts meet quality and dimensional specifications
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings
- Perform routine quality inspections using measuring tools
- Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives
What You Need to Bring to the Laser Operator Role:- Previous CNC laser operation experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
