Your Impact

• Assist with laser setup and operation: stage materials, verify settings under guidance, and support changeovers.
• Monitor runs and confirm parts meet quality expectations before they move downstream.
• Execute pack-out procedures: protect, box, and prepare products per company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized station to support safety and efficiency.
• Work closely with the production team to meet goals and shipping deadlines.
• Handle routine upkeep and basic troubleshooting on laser equipment as needed.
• Uphold all safety rules and internal policies at all times.

What Sets You Up for Success

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Background in manufacturing or warehouse operations is a plus.
