Where you'll work
Based at our Oconomowoc or Menomonee Falls, WI facilities.
A day in the role
You’ll set up and operate CO2, Yag, or Flat Cut laser equipment to machine precision metal components. Your day blends hands-on production, sharp inspection, and problem-solving to keep quality on target.
What you'll do
- Interpret and work from sketches, setup sheets, and related documentation.
- Start, monitor, and adjust laser operations to quickly identify malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions.
- Recognize and report process variations, operational sequence issues, and any dimensional or finish deviations.
- Verify parts meet specifications using micrometers, pin gages, and verniers.
- Deburr workpieces as needed to meet finish requirements.
What you bring
