Laser Engraving & Test Operator

We have an immediate position for a Laser Engraving & Test Operator. The Production Laser Engraving & Test Operator supports manufacturing operations by performing laser engraving, product testing, inspection, documentation, packaging, and related production activities. This role helps ensure product quality, production efficiency, and on-time delivery while supporting multiple areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate laser engraving equipment and run established programs.

• Perform product testing, inspection, and quality checks.

• Review and follow work orders, production routers, BOMs, drawings, and applicable work instructions.

• Set up equipment, change fixtures, and verify product accuracy.

• Complete production, inspection, and testing documentation.

• Package and label finished products according to requirements.

• Assist with troubleshooting product and process issues.

• Support Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and workplace organization initiatives.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, laser engraving, inspection, or testing experience preferred.

• Ability to read and follow work orders, drawings, and written instructions.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Experience using hand tools and performing basic assembly tasks.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing production priorities.

• Lean manufacturing or 6S experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Manual dexterity to handle small and delicate components

Pay rate-$20-$25 per hour DOE
