What You’ll Tackle
- Run CNC laser cutting equipment to meet quality and throughput targets
- Set up jobs, adjust machine parameters, and verify first-article parts
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production documentation
- Inspect dimensions and features using precision hand metrology
- Continuously monitor and fine-tune processes for accuracy and consistency
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and order in your work area
Must-Haves
- Manufacturing or machine-operation background
- Blueprint/technical drawing literacy
- Strong math and measurement fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Attention to detail and basic computer skills
- Dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work
Nice-to-Haves
- CNC laser experience
- CNC Tooling knowledge
- CNC Programming familiarity
- CNC Machine Installation exposure
- CNC Machine Setup & Changeover experience
- Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology proficiency
- Manual Machining skills
