    HTI is partnering with a growing manufacturer in Easley, SC to hire a CNC Laser Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CNC laser or sheet metal fabrication experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality metal components while working with a team committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

    What You Need

    • High school diploma or GED required

    • Previous experience operating CNC laser machines or other CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment

    • Experience in sheet metal fabrication is preferred

    • Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing drawings

    • Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts

    • Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate larger concerns

    • Ability to work independently while meeting production goals

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

    What Your Role Will Look Like

    • Operate CNC laser cutting equipment to produce quality sheet metal components

    • Perform machine setup, material loading, and part unloading

    • Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed

    • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet print specifications and quality standards

    • Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production schedules

    • Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean

    • Safely move materials using overhead cranes, forklifts, or other material handling equipment as needed

    • Work closely with Production and Quality teams to meet daily production goals

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

    • Follow all company safety and quality procedures
