HTI is partnering with a growing manufacturer in Easley, SC to hire a CNC Laser Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CNC laser or sheet metal fabrication experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality metal components while working with a team committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience operating CNC laser machines or other CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment
Experience in sheet metal fabrication is preferred
Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing drawings
Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate larger concerns
Ability to work independently while meeting production goals
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Operate CNC laser cutting equipment to produce quality sheet metal components
Perform machine setup, material loading, and part unloading
Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet print specifications and quality standards
Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production schedules
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean
Safely move materials using overhead cranes, forklifts, or other material handling equipment as needed
Work closely with Production and Quality teams to meet daily production goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety and quality procedures
