Large Part CMM Metrology Technician

CMM Metrology QC Technician
Location: Hudson, NH

Nesco Resource is seeking a skilled CMM Metrology QC technician, with 3- years' experience working in the steel fabrication and machining industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preform product QC inspections with CMM 3-D Metrology Scanning System
• Perform metrology grade QC measurements
• Maintain QC records and Scan reports
• Working in shop production floor
• Maintaining Equipment
• Travel to project sites in the US and Canada
• Perform other duties that may be needed to achieve project success

• Prior Experience as a Quality Control inspector with Metrology
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong in Technical / Mechanical skills / Math Skills
• Prior Experience working in Machine Shop & Steel Metal Fabrication Shops
• Proficient applicable computer software
• Multi Tasker / Troubleshooting Skills
• Experienced using 3D-CMM Devices
• Able to work independently at a fast pace
• Must be able to Lift and handle CMM Equipment
• Minimum High School Diploma and Technical School training in metrology

Shift 1st (Monday through Friday 7 am to 330 pm with OT as needed)
Salary: $40-$50 an hour based on experience
