Your impact

• Install and service large‑format UV printers throughout the United States (travel 40%–75%).
• Arrange your own travel and keep any loyalty points or benefits you earn.
• Deliver remote hotline support when not traveling via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
• Refurbish trade‑in systems and maintain demo units at our Elgin, IL site.
• Partner with 2nd‑level support and Swiss engineering to enhance product performance.
• Complete service documentation and administrative reporting with accuracy.
• Commit to ongoing training and self‑development to maintain technical qualifications.

Location and schedule

Full‑time role based in West Dundee, IL, with regular nationwide travel.

What you bring

• Mechanical/electrical depth—you’re confident around complex electromechanical systems.
• Printer experience—installation/servicing background is preferred.
• Communication—clear, professional, and customer‑oriented.
• Team mindset—collaborative and dependable.
• Proximity—live near our facilities or be able to relocate.
• Driver’s license—required.
• Digital fluency—Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
