If you enjoy working with technology, creating high-quality printed products, and seeing your work displayed throughout an organization, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.About the RoleThis is a part-time position scheduled for three (3) eight-hour shifts per week (approximately 24 hours per week) to start.You'll report directly to Tempe Hub Management while working closely with our Creative Director and Marketing team, who will provide project direction, training, and creative guidance. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend technical production skills with creative collaboration.What You'll DoOperate large-format printers and production equipmentPrepare and set up print jobs using VersaWorks 7Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for file preparation and print setupLoad media and ink while monitoring production for quality and efficiencyPerform daily equipment cleaning and preventative maintenanceTroubleshoot minor equipment and file issuesInspect materials for color accuracy and overall qualityAssist with finishing processes, including laminating and cuttingProduce signage, graphics, decals, displays, and other branded materials that support company initiativesCollaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to prioritize and complete projects on scheduleWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who takes pride in producing exceptional work, enjoys problem-solving, and can work independently while remaining highly organized and deadline-driven.Ideal candidates will have:Experience operating large-format printing equipmentExperience with VersaWorks 7Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe IllustratorStrong attention to detail and quality standardsExcellent organization and time-management skillsThe ability to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience with laminating and finishing equipment (a plus)A dependable, positive, and collaborative approach to workRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDPrevious large-format print production experience requiredAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsReliable transportation and dependable attendanceAbility to work in a production environment and meet project deadlinesWhy Join Nirvana?At Nirvana Cannabis, we're builders, creators, and innovators.
