The State of Michigan is looking for: System Analyst 3 Max Bill : NA Top Skills & Years of Experience: -3+ years of Azure DevOps experience - or similar tool like JIRA (must be comfortable with creating epics/features/user stories for projects as well as moving cards through project lifecycle) - REQUIRED -3+ years of as-is/to-be processes and content creation experience -3+ years of experience using BA/QA tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio) Preferred experience: -Previous work experience as a QA Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role. -Will close submissions on: 08/20/2026 at 10am EST -Interview Process: Onsite interviews are tentatively scheduled for 09/08, 09/09, and 09/15 -Duration: 1 year, with the intent to hire the contractor into a full-time position with SOMI within 1-2 years.
