We offer a competitive compensation package including a starting pay between $66,500 to $79,000 annually.

Requirements for our Landscaping Project Manager – Design Build
3+ years of experience in landscape installation. Experience in landscape project management or a similar role.
Valid Driver's License (Required)
Experience with large scale projects including commercial, municipal, or large residential projects.
Strong knowledge of landscape construction, design/build, horticulture, and hardscaping techniques.
Primary Responsibilities for our Landscaping Project Manager – Design Build
Plan and oversee landscape projects from start to finish (site prep, hardscape, softscape, sod).
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and resources.
Lead and supervise landscape crews; manage scheduling and daily production.
Coordinate with designers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Order materials, arrange trucking, and manage equipment and site logistics.
Monitor project budgets, labor hours, overtime, and material usage.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
Manage change orders and address on-site challenges proactively.
