Summary:
Perform landscaping maintenance across multiple properties
Work independently while maintaining communication with a supervisor
Travel between job sites using company-provided vehicle
Focus on mowing and general property upkeep
Responsibilities:
Perform lawn mowing using zero-turn and push mowers
Trim, edge, and clean up properties using standard equipment
Complete mulching, weeding, and light maintenance tasks
Operate company vehicles, trailers, and landscaping tools safely
Travel between job sites and complete work efficiently
Maintain communication with supervisor and follow safety guidelines
Requirements:Desired Work Experience:
Several years of landscaping experience (strong mowing experience required)
Experience operating zero-turn mowers and landscaping equipment
Special Certifications Needed:
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (must be insurable)
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to pass background check and 10-panel drug screening
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Strong reliability, time management, and independence
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Working Conditions:
Outdoor work across multiple locations
Physically active role with standing, walking, bending, and lifting
