About UsThe Cutting Edge Landscaping is a growing landscaping company based in Sparta, NJ. We provide lawn maintenance, landscape installation, and planting services for both residential and commercial clients. We take pride in delivering high-quality work and building a strong, reliable team.
Immediate openings are available.What You Will Be Doing- Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Assisting with landscaping projects
- Mulching, cleanups, and general outdoor work
- Operating landscaping tools and equipment
- Working as part of a team to complete daily jobs
Schedule- Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Additional hours available during peak season
Pay & Benefits- $18–$23/hour (based on experience)

Requirements- Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting, walking, standing, and performing outdoor physical work throughout the shift.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable and able to consistently report to a 7:30 AM start time
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- Landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
