People Source is seeking a dependable Grounds & Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance manager with outdoor upkeep and general labor tasks. This temporary full-time role focuses on maintaining the property through grass care, outdoor weeding, and other odd jobs as assigned.The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. This position requires someone who can take direction well and assist with a variety of maintenance-related duties.Key Responsibilities- Perform grass cutting, trimming, and general lawn care
- Complete outdoor weeding and property cleanup
- Assist with general maintenance and odd jobs as assigned
- Support the maintenance manager with daily tasks
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications- Dependable with strong attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in the elements
- Willingness to perform physical labor
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Clear background and drug screen required
