We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented landscaper to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high quality landscape installation projects for commercial and residential clients. You will operate professional machinery, interpret basic design sketches and ensure properties look pristine and healthy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant trees, shrubs and flowers according to design plans and layout specs
- Hardscape assistance
- Equipment operation: Safely operate skidsteers, trenchers, mini-excavators, etc.
- Site Preparation
- Shovel
- Rake
- Grade soil
- Lay down fresh sod
Qualifications:
- Physical Stamina - Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Weather Resilience - Willingness to work outside in extreme heat, cold or light rain
- Reliability - Strong punctuality and dependable transportation
- Teamwork - Ability to follow verbal instructions accurately and work well with others
- Drivers License - Valid drivers license with a clean driving record to operate company trucks and trailers
