Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour entry level, with commensurate pay based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Saturdays as needed) start time 7:30am

Key Responsibilities for Maintenance
Maintain landscape beds and gardens,- Pruning
- Trimming
- Backpack blowing
- Maintain landscape beds and gardens,
- Plant flowers and seasonal annuals
- Perform general property maintenance and seasonal cleanups (spring/fall)
- Pick up debris including leaves, sticks, and trash
Key Responsibilities for Lawn Services
General lawn care and maintenance- Operate Zero turn and walk behind machines
- Weed Whipping
- Backpack blowing
- Edging
Key Responsibilities for Landscaping install
Transform Outdoor spaces according to Design Plans- Hand digging
- Machine excavation
- Grade soil
- Plant trees, shrubs and flowers
- Install sod
- Install mulch
- Install and/or correct drainage
- Prepare space for hardscape
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record - Reliable transportation
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Willingness to learn—on-the-job training provided
Preferred Qualifications
Chauffeur's Permit (Required for Crew Leader)- Previous landscape experience
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment
- Bi-Lingual
