We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance and Mowing Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn care, maintenance, and mowing, with a passion for delivering high-quality service in a timely and professional manner. This role involves working on residential and commercial properties, ensuring our clients' lawns and landscapes are well-maintained and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities
Mowing: Operate commercial-grade mowers and related equipment to maintain lawns at residential and commercial properties.
Landscape Maintenance: Perform various landscaping tasks, including weeding, edging, trimming, and pruning shrubs and trees.
Seasonal Clean-up: Assist with spring and fall clean-up activities, including leaf removal, debris clearing, and mulching.
Fertilization and Treatment: Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other lawn care treatments according to safety guidelines and best practices.
Equipment Care: Properly maintain and service lawn care equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others on the team.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or a related field (preferred).
Ability to operate lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Knowledge of plants, lawn care techniques, and maintenance practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Time management skills and the ability to work independently..
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
