They are responsible for scheduling, training staff, maintaining equipment, communicating with clients, and performing hands-on work. This role requires 3+ years of experience, strong horticultural knowledge, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily crew tasks, site preparation, installation, and maintenance, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
- Team Management: Hire, train, mentor, and supervise crew members, conducting performance appraisals and enforcing safety protocols.
- Quality Control & Safety: Ensure all work meets industry standards and company quality expectations, including proper use of PPE and machinery.
- Client & Project Management: Act as the main liaison between clients, project managers, and crew, handling on-site communication and troubleshooting.

Qualifications
- Experience: Generally requires 3 or more years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of horticulture, plant identification, soil preparation, irrigation systems, and pest management.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements: Requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record. Background check will be done on all hires.
