You'll be the connective tissue between our crews, our clients, and ownership — making sure jobs are scheduled right, done right, and clients stay happy.What You'll Do:Oversee daily scheduling and routing for maintenance crews across commercial accountsManage and support the field manager and crew manager to ensure consistent quality controlServe as a key point of contact for commercial clients on service issues and escalationsMonitor equipment/fleet maintenance and manage vendor relationshipsTrack labor costs, job profitability, and crew productivityEnsure safety compliance and proper training across crewsHelp build out systems and processes that reduce owner-dependencySupport hiring, onboarding, and performance management of field staffWhat We're Looking For:3+ years in operations, field management, or a supervisory role (landscaping/green industry strongly preferred)Strong organizational and people‑management skillsComfortable with scheduling software, basic budgeting, and client communicationValid driver's license; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plusSomeone who wants ownership over outcomes, not just a paycheckCompensation:Pay DOE (Depending on Experience) — competitive for the Ogden/Weber-Davis market, with room to grow as the role expands.Green Touch has deep roots in this community and a real path forward.
