We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Landscape Maintenance Laborers. At Heritage and Company, Inc., you will play a critical role in maintaining beautiful landscapes that enhance the aesthetic quality of our clients' properties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and mulching.
- Operate landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
- Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors for various landscape projects.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on-site.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina - must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Team player with good communication skills.
