We like plants, people, and beautiful spaces. John Mulhall came to Omaha in 1953 to landscape, and now, three generations later, we’re as committed as we’ve ever been to making Omaha a more beautiful place to live. Today we’re a team of a few hundred people, but our focus remains the same: working together to engage our community and share our passion for the beauty of the natural world. And we have fun doing it.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you will report to a Field Manager, and your primary focus is maintaining some of Omaha’s most beautiful properties, all in line with our vision to be the most loved landscape company in the Midwest.
YOUR IMPACT
oLead, motivate, and delegate landscaping tasks to your team of 2-3 crew members
oMaintain efficient communication with everyone that you work with, allowing you to champion an extraordinary level of customer service
oPrioritize quality and safety in all you do to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of our landscaping services
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
o2-3 years of landscape maintenance experience preferred, but not required
oAbility to drive a truck and trailer setup is preferred, but not required
oAbility to run landscaping equipment, which includes but is not limited to mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and chainsaws
oAbility to follow instructions and work as a team player
